1. Who runs this site
mav19-goldenvisa.com is run by TPL S.A., Ethnomartyron 40, 263 33 Patras, Greece (GEMI 143336716000, VAT EL800864603), the owner and developer of MVR 19. Our full details are on the company information page. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean TPL S.A., and "you" means anyone who uses the site.
2. The information on this site
We prepare the information on this site with care, from sources that we name and date. Laws, ministerial guidance, fees, taxes, processing times, rents and market data change, and a page may be out of date or contain an error. Each page shows when its sources were last checked.
The information is general and provided for marketing purposes. It is not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Before you decide anything, take advice from an independent Greek lawyer and tax adviser. The disclaimer and risk disclosure forms part of these terms.

3. No offer and no contract until the notarial deed
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a reservation or a contract. Prices, availability, plans, areas and specifications may change until a contract is signed. Availability labels are updated by hand and may lag behind reality.
Sending an enquiry or joining the waitlist does not reserve a residence and creates no obligation for you or for us. Greek law requires a notarial deed to transfer real property. A sale becomes binding only when you and TPL S.A. sign it before a Greek notary, on the terms written in that deed. A lease becomes binding only when both parties sign it.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs, floor plans, renders, 360° views and other content on this site are protected by copyright. The architectural drawings, renders and 360° views were created by ARCHRAY Architects for TPL S.A., and the rights in them belong to ARCHRAY Architects and TPL S.A. All other content belongs to TPL S.A. or is used under licence. The MVR 19 name and the TPL name and logo identify TPL S.A. and its project.
You may view, download and print pages for your own use, for example to share them with your lawyer, adviser or family when considering a purchase. You may not copy, adapt or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Agents and intermediaries may not advertise MVR 19, or use our name, images, plans or text, without our written permission. We are not responsible for claims that others make about MVR 19. If you see an advert that promises something this site does not, such as a discount, a refund or a promised permit, please tell us.
