Campaign tags in session storage
Some links to our site carry campaign tags, such as utm_source=newsletter, so that we know which advert or partner sent you. If you open such a link on a page with a form, the site saves those tags in your browser's session storage. If you then browse to another page and send an enquiry there, the tags go with it. This is how we learn which of our marketing brings real enquiries.
The tags stay in your browser. Nobody else can read them, and they leave your device only if you choose to send a form. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab or window. If you prefer, remove the tags from the address before you open the page, or tell us in your message and we will delete them from your enquiry.
Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms
Our enquiry and student waitlist forms use Cloudflare Turnstile instead of a puzzle. It loads only when a form comes close to the screen or you start typing in it. It reads technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to judge whether a person or a script is sending the form. In most cases you will not see it at all. Cloudflare uses these signals for security and bot detection. Turnstile does not run on pages without a form.
Cloudflare security cookies
Cloudflare, Inc. delivers this site through its network and protects it from attacks. When its bot protection or a security challenge applies to your connection, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie in your browser, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance. These cookies identify automated traffic, not you, and they are short-lived. Cloudflare publishes the full list in its cookie reference.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is needed before a website stores or reads non-essential information on your device. This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The Cloudflare security cookies and the Turnstile check are strictly necessary to keep the site and its forms safe. The campaign note is first-party, lasts only for your visit, and never leaves your browser unless you send a form. We therefore do not show a consent banner.
If this changes, we will tell you first. If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will update this page and add a consent mechanism before it goes live. Nothing non-essential will run until you agree to it.
How to control storage in your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Closing the tab clears session storage. If you block Cloudflare's security cookies, you may be asked to complete a security check more often, and our forms may not send. In that case, email us or use WhatsApp instead.
